Sony TV, early 2000’s, Channel 2 and 7, the sound is out of sync with the talker. What’s up with that?

Heard it plenty of times…..it’s not your TV’s fault, it’s the TV station.. Audio and Video is processed separately at the TV station and they have to sync the audio before it leaves the TV station….
Sounds like someone is asleep at the Delay Knob…..

I have had the same problem with channel 7 many times, it is the TV station. I don’t watch channel 2 so I haven’t noticed.
