Crypto asked:
I recently bought a DVI/HDMI cable and connected my computer to my 42″ plasma tv. The resolution is very poor. I tried changing the resolution to match the tv (1080) but it made the text very hard to read. I tried adjusting the resolution from the video card and the computer settings, nothing. No matter what resolution I try, it still looks bad. Not sure if it matters, but I’m running a 7950 GT video card.

Since, they are not always accurate…what are the differences? How do real forensic scientists work compared to the ones on TV? How accurate do you think other popular representations of health care are in books, movies or tv shows?

My tv will pick up cable channels 2-53 but not 54-80. I have tried everything I can think if like unplugging the cable and removing all the channels and adding them. I tv also wont even go to the channels I know I should have even when I enter them in. I am at a loss of what to do now besides by a new tv which I can’t afford.

Math Tutoring asked: PC Richard and Sons (and J&R’s salesmen) say the TV’s resolution is 1080i, while Panasonic, Circuit City, and some other stores say 720p. Which one is it?
The TV is TH42PX75U, a 42 inch plasma.

We are ready to purchase an LCD tv, but not sure which place to buy it from. We are wanting one that is at least a 1080p and has at least a 3000 or more contrast ratio. We are looking to buy it somewhere within the Kansas City, Missouri metro area.
